We are a Mother/Daughter team from Fife, Scotland. Liz grew up sewing from a young age and would study Home Economics at Robert Gordon and then do a Postgrad in Galashiels. After working in London, Liz built up an Alterations firm back home in Scotland and started it from nothing. As I grew up, we grew the firm together. I developed a love for sewing and design from watching my mum work everyday and would follow in her footsteps going on to study Fashion at Heriot Watt in Galashiels.

From a young age, I adored Disney and Studio Ghibli and this helped me to acquire a strong taste for anything and everything cute. This only developed as I would visit Japan and see the adorable clothes on sale there. One day, after looking at the kids rails at a local supermarket, I asked myself "Why aren't these in my size? I would wear this!" and that's where the idea of Dilly Dream was born. Now we make cute clothes for everyone; with unisex sizes, modest options and a plus size range in development. I hope my Dilly Dreams can be your reality!
